Weekly from September to May, Laurence and Michael Altman welcome groups of 6 to 10 people to stay in a selection of rooms at their mas (large Provençal style house) which overlooks the Cotes de Provence vineyards, olive groves and the beautiful Esterel mountain range.
You will discover the best of the seasonal produce, where the locals shop, how to choose the perfect cheese direct from the farm and how to prepare regional specialities, along with hints and tips to take back for enlivening your own daily cuisine.
With Michael, a food and wine expert (25 years in the catering industry) and Laurence, his French wife, an antiques and art specialist, you will enjoy a week of culinary and cultural heaven.
